Based on the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia's Catherine the Great. It is a big beer that is bursting with flavor. An intensely flavored, big, dark ale. Roasty, fruity, and bittersweet, with a noticeable alcohol presence. Dark fruit flavors meld with roasty, burnt, or almost tar-like sensations. Like a black barleywine with every dimension of flavor coming into play.
This beer is a deep dark reddish brown that will leave a nice thin lace on the glass. The aroma hints of dried fruit (raisins/plums) and as it warms up it come alive. The dark fruits intensify and aromas of cheery, figs, caramel, licorice, chocolate and the alcohol poke through like a fine sherry. The flavor has notes of caramel, dried raisins, prunes, figs, vanilla, sweet (but not too sweet) candy sugar, some licorice, a hint of cherries and a mild spiciness.
The appeal of this beer is in its balance: Toasty malt flavors (sorta like biscuits just pulled from the oven) in balance with crisp hoppiness.
A spicy, piney session IPA with notes of citrus and grapefruit.
This beer enters with a dense, snow white head, cascading Belgian lace in a hazy soft yellow beer. Aromas of wheat, orange, coriander & spices are followed by a refreshing sharp sweet-sour flavor that is dry, ending with a lingering bitterness with a slight sour tang.
A dark lager that balances roasted yet smooth malt flavors and a light hop bitterness that makes this a very drinkable beer.
A slightly sour wheat ale with flavors of lemon, light herbal characteristics, and a hint of salt. Refreshing and delicious!

The name says it all. This low ABV New England style IPA is pale and cloudy with loads of juicy hop flavor and low bitterness. A perfect showcase for the complex combination of Centennial, Citra, Mosaic & Amarillo late and dry hop additions.
