Named after one of the seven the planets discovered by the Transiting Planets and Planetesimals Small Telescope (TRAPPIST). This is a spicy, dry strong Trappist style ale with firm bitterness and soft malt profile.
This beer ingredient kit is inspired by the classic Cream Ale. Low in bitterness and in maltiness, cream ales are characterized by their grainy sweetness from the addition of flaked maize. The finish has a hint of fruitiness and has a pronounced dryness. This beer is best served chilled and as a thirst quencher!

Belgian Dubbels are rich, malty complex beers. The classic Belgian "funk" from the yeast combined with the darker crystal malts creates notes of plums and raisins and dried cherries. It is a deep reddish, moderately strong beer with a nice alcohol warmth that is smooth and sneaky. The medium-full body adds the to balance of the finished beer. The addition of oak adds a note of tannin and vanilla.
This beer is in the English Barleywine style with a solid hopping of British varieties backed up by a solid malt backbone to keep everything in balance.
Our version of the Cascadian Black IPA. West Coast hops combine with chocolate malt and wheat to add a roasted, grainy compliment to the hops.
