This Saison will take you back to the Halcyon Days of carefully crafted traditional beers, where the expressive yeast creates the fruity, spicy and light clove flavors, and the hops add a balanced bitterness to complement the malt complexity.

This classic Saison is dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, adding a wine-like personality, and a high carbonation lends to the dry finish.
