Reminds me of the time we took that fateful trip that started in a tropic port aboard a tiny ship. It was supposed to be a three-hour tour. But the weather started getting rough and the tiny ship was tossed. If not for the courage of the fearless crew, we would’ve been lost.

The ship landed ashore an uncharted desert isle and though the skipper and his mate did their best to make us comfortable in our tropic nest we found these amazing Calamansi fruits that taste like 4 citrus fruits in one (Lemon, Lime, Pink Grapefruit, and Passion Fruit) so we had to get off that island so we could blend it with passion fruit and agave with our “Gose Down Good”

Thank god for the Professor and Mary Ann. They saved us…
